Today we are celebrating all the new PARTY TIME goodies

I am loving our new Morning Marigold ink and our beautiful Party Time dots that I let those colors inspire me on this card with my Party Piggies set!
I made a background panel with our Pink Pizzazz, Pumpkin Patch and Morning Marigold inks.
