The theme is blue and its winter so I went for a fun icy card with the adorable Perky Penguins!!

I colored my penguins with copics and fuzzy cut them out.

I then made a background using the ice patch stamp and drew in the surrounding ice in the same style. I masked of the ice and inked the sky and water using Mermaid Melody and added a bit of Lovely Lagoon to the water!

I stamped some snowflakes and embossed them with some Wow glitter embossing powder.

Added the penguins some flat some popped up and the Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Hip-Hippo-ray stamp set!

Copic colors:
T9,7,5,3
C1, 0, 00
B05, 02, 00
G28, 17, 14
Y38, 35
